How to Order Securely
We use advanced security measures to protect your information and details. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) with 128 bit key encryption to ensure the safety of all credit card transactions.
Online Shopping
Ordering through this site is easy.
- From the shop main page, click on the photo of a category or View Products. This will display a list of products in that category. You can also jump to other categories, by clicking the category name at the top of the page.
- Type in the quantity you require and Click Add to Cart.
- Once you have done this for all of the products you want to order, click on Check Out.
- At this point you will be required to fill in your contact and credit card information.
- If at any time during the ordering process you would like to
have a look at the products you have ordered or make changes to your order, click View Cart.
- To change the quantity of an item or change options, change the required values and click Update next to the item.
- To delete an item in the cart, click Delete next to the item.

All prices are in Australian Dollars and are G.S.T. inclusive.

Payment
All orders must be prepaid before despatch. Sorry no C.O.D. You can however, pay by cash, credit card or Eftpos at the Kokoro Ryu Shop.
Online Orders
We accept all major credit cards, and valid money orders. If you pick the goods up at the store, you can also pay cash at the store

Orders are generally dispatched within two days of receipt. If you are not at the delivery address at the time of delivery Australia Post/Fastways Couriers will leave you a card notifying you of there attempt and you will then be required to take the necessary steps to arrange receipt of your goods.
It is recommended that you provide a work address for delivery if no one is home during business hours.
Postage & Handling Within Australia
We use Australia Post or Fastways Couriers for delivery of our parcels.
Goods are sent by Registered and Insured Mail when delivered through Australia Post.
Fastways Couriers offer a faster but less extensive delivery service.
We will send your parcel in the most appropriate and economical manner available.
Postage is charged according to the size and weight of your order.
Exchange of goods
We exchange goods but do not refund.
The only reason we will exchange goods is for a warranty claim.
We do not exchange for incorrect choice. Please choose carefully before purchasing.
Warranty
Goods are warranted against defects of materials or workmanship for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase (except longer terms where otherwise stated), provided the item does not show evidence of impact, water/fluid damage, mishandling, tampering or modification.
Goods for a warranty claim are to be returned at the customer’s expense by insured registered mail for inspection, all accessories and bonuses are to be included.
Returns for a warranty claim must be authorized in advance by us.
Our acceptance of the returned goods does not constitute our acceptance of liability for repair or replacement of damaged goods.
If upon inspection of the item we deem the damage to be from the above mentioned "evidence of impact, water/fluid damage, mishandling, tampering or modification" the customer will be liable for the postage for its return to them.
